The State Labor Court of Berlin-Brandenburg decided that a termination of an employment relationship signed by the managing director of a Private Limited Company is void (decision of April 29, 2015, file number 19 Sa 1298/14). An employee rejected the termination pursuant to Sec. 174 German Civil Code and objected the power of representation of the managing director.
