Welcome to TCI Rechtsanwälte

TCI Rechtsanwälte takes its name from its focus on “Technology”, “Communications” and “Information”. The focal point of our legal advice is in contract law and litigation as this relates to technology and includes arbitration, IT and telecommunications law, public procurement/government contracts and antitrust law, commercial, franchise and distribution law, employment and labor law, copyright law and IP law.

TCI Rechtsanwälte is an association of independent law firms in Berlin, Mainz and Munich with a total of 14 attorneys with extensive, long-standing expertise and experience in practice. Our members include certified specialists in information technology law, copyright and media law, intellectual property law, employment and labor law and administrative law.

TCI Rechtsanwälte provides companies in Germany and abroad and the public sector with specialist business law advisory services – also in English – with rapid turnaround times.

TCI Rechtsanwälte has the necessary capacity to supply efficient support for even the most complex projects such as outsourcing or procurement transactions or the market entry of new companies.
